Your account and API keys

Clydex provides access to API service functionality, including key management, usage tracking, and statistics.

Sign in with Google to use your account. Each API key uses one selected channel and its paid or Promo balance. You can set a total spending limit for a key and revoke it at any time. Keep your API keys private.

Check your account for available models and the guides for supported app settings. Clydex does not guarantee uninterrupted access, response speed, or support for every application.

Balances and prices

Plus pool rates are 0.08× and Pro pool rates are 0.15× the listed OpenAI Standard rates for the selected model and context length. Promo credits use standard model rates. See Models & Pricing for the Plus comparison and Channels & Models for each pool’s published prices.

Paid and Promo balances are separate. Promo keys do not spend paid credits. All credits, including referral earnings, are for API use and cannot be withdrawn as cash or crypto.

Charges are based on actual token usage and the applicable model price. Running requests reserve some credit; unused credit becomes available when the charge is confirmed. Request history shows final charges and requests still pending review.

Welcome and referral credits

An eligible invited friend receives $5 in Promo credits after Google sign-in, Telegram linking, and channel subscription verification. The friend must register through the inviter’s referral link. The inviter earns $5 once both people complete verification and have a verified channel subscription. Signing up alone does not earn a reward. This rule also applies to eligible existing referrals whose reward has not yet been granted.

The inviter can earn this reward for their first 20 qualifying friends, up to $100. Their own eligible welcome credit is separate. If the promotion pauses, new Promo requests and new $5 rewards stop. Credits already awarded are not automatically removed.

The 20-friend / $100 limit applies only to your rewards. Every eligible friend still receives $5 after verification, including the 21st and later friends, while the promotion is active.

The promotion has no scheduled end date. It runs while free-request funding is available. Promo credits do not expire automatically. Channel membership is required for Promo access; leaving the channel pauses access without removing your credits.

Promo requests use actual token usage at the standard model rates shown in your account. A request reserves an estimated amount, capped by available Promo credit and any remaining API key limit. Its charge cannot exceed that reservation. Clydex covers any excess, and your paid balance is never used for a Promo request.

5% of referred top-ups

When a direct referral redeems a paid code, their referrer earns 5% of the paid credit amount. The reward goes to the referrer’s paid API balance. This continues beyond the first 20 friends and applies only to direct referrals.

For a gifted code, the reward goes to the redeemer’s referrer. Buying a code alone does not earn a reward. Bonuses, network fees, manually added credits, and referral earnings do not count toward the 5% calculation. Each qualifying redemption earns one reward.

Purchases and credit codes

Crypto purchases start at $5 through direct wallet transfers or CryptoBot. Clydex does not impose a purchase cap; payment provider and supported amount limits may apply. Payment invoices expire after 30 minutes. For a direct transfer, use the token, network, address, and exact amount shown at checkout. A matching adjustment of up to $0.01 may be included in that amount; your wallet pays network fees separately. Clydex covers the CryptoBot processing fee. Returning to Clydex after checkout does not by itself confirm payment.

Confirmed payment delivers a credit code. The code purchase service is considered rendered once the balance top-up code has been issued and made available to you in purchase history. Redeeming the code is a separate action and is not required for the code purchase service to be considered rendered. Redeem it in Top Up to add credits to your account and receive a receipt. Buying a code does not automatically increase your API balance. You can view the code again in purchase history. If delivery is pending after payment, check the original order instead of paying again.

Credit codes do not expire. You may give a code to someone else. It can be redeemed once, by the first signed-in account to use it. Anyone with a copy can redeem it, including the buyer, so share it privately. The buyer can see whether it was redeemed, but cannot see another recipient’s profile or balance.

Refunds are not currently offered. Contact support about an incorrect payment or a technical billing problem; these cases require review.
